Bryce is the founder and owner of True Grit Roofing. With extensive construction experience since 2017, Bryce and his wife Shay decided to focus solely on roofing to provide homeowners a great roofing experience that they can trust.

Shay Rowland
Shay is the office manager at True Grit Roofing, keeping the day-to-day running smoothly behind the scenes. From scheduling to communication, she makes sure every homeowner has a clear, easy experience from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Dylan Frazier
Dylan loves that True Grit specializes in helping homeowners with storm-damaged roofs — guiding them through the insurance process and properly documenting damage to get their roofs fully approved. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family and church, and the outdoors, whether off-roading or watching nature from a deer stand or duck blind. His goal is honest service, quality work, and a roofing process that’s as easy and stress-free as possible.
